Hillary says Obama voted for the Patriot Act

Hillary Clinton said on NPR today that Barack Obama has been hypocritical. Hillary brought up voting for The Patriot Act as an example.
Maybe Hillary never claimed to be against The Patriot Act. NPR failed to point out (I’d believe this is important) Hillary voted for the Patriot Act the first time it was enacted, and she voted for the reauthorization of The Patriot Act. So did Obama
